Jurgita has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in advising shareholders and managers of companies on various issues of their activities in relations with partners, customers, clients, employees, and state institutions. The lawyer specialises in the prevention of shareholder disputes and their resolution, represents company shareholders and managers in legal relations as regards their liability. She also develops litigation strategies and actively represents clients in court disputes.
